MARINEDECK®exterior
High performance ship decks of composite cork……. Nature meets technology…. the ultimate team and in the meantime awarded with FSC certification. Back in the early 80’s we began research on alternatives for teak ship decks. Many different options were investigated, including many kinds of synthetic materials. Our focus was on something non-skid, easy to clean, with a long life cycle and very limited or no technical maintenance. As a matter of fact natural cork was our first choice from the beginning. Research confirmed we were on the right path.
Building on nature’s innovations. To utilize all of the advantages and properties of cork, a hybrid synthetic binder was developed, improved and adapted to environmental requirements. Our production facilities employ integrated and continuous quality controls, sophisticated high pressure machinery, NC sheet and plank cutting machines, CAD deck designs and CNC machinery to produce finished PreFabricated ships decks.
STAZO®SecuTred (the new generation)
STAZO SecuTred…., the comfortable non skid deck sheet of composite cork on ship decks, is the latest result of advanced research, knowledge and technology of cork composite marine flooring. Specially selected cork granules and a special synthetic binder form this unique cork composition. STAZO SecuTred non skid deck sheet has proven to exceed the highest expectations, resisting exposure to all natural elements and most chemicals. This product is also FSC certified being sourced from sustainable forests.
STAZO®marine locking devices
To protect valuable marine property a line of good looking rustproof theft protection devices to secure outboard engines, and other valuables on and in your yacht. All STAZO locking devices are TNO approved and either SCM, ARD, VbV certified. As a consequence they are approved and certified by many national and international insurance companies. Nice to know that your yacht is protected by a design awarded locking device, like 50% STAZO marine locking devices are.

Hoogwaardige en duurzaam geproduceerde scheepsdekken van kurk composiet….. Daar waar de natuur de technologie ontmoette, ontstond het ultieme team dat, als het enige alternatieve materiaal voor houten scheepsdekken, bekroond is met een FSC goedkeuring en certificering. Al in de 80-er jaren van de vorige eeuw begonnen we met de ontwikkeling van alternatieven voor teakhouten scheepsdekken en onderzochten wij een behoorlijk aantal verschillende opties, waaronder ook een aantal synthetische materialen, waaronder ook pvc-achtigen.
Onze focus was gericht op een materiaal voor scheepsdekken met goede anti-slip eigenschappen, gemakkelijk schoon te houden, met een lange levenscyclus, met een goede klimaatbestendigheid en met heel weinig of geen technisch onderhoud. Natuurlijke kurk was al bij het begin min of meer onze eerste keus. Verder onderzoek bevestigde dat wij met dit natuurlijke basisproduct op de juiste weg waren. Om alle natuurlijke eigenschappen van het natuurlijke kurk te benutten werd een hybride binder ontwikkeld die later meerdere malen verder doorontwikkeld en die werd aangepast aan de in de jaren steeds aangepaste milieueisen.
Onze geautomatiseerde productie voorziet in een continue kwaliteitscontrole, moderne persinstallaties en CNC machinerie om volledig automatisch en met een uiterste precisie MARINEDECK®exterior platen en planken te vervaardigen. Vervolgens kan STAZO met CAD/CAM en CNC machinerie volledig kant en klare dekken produceren in iedere vorm en in ongelimiteerde maten.
STAZO®SecuTred (de nieuwe generatie)
STAZO SecuTred…., het confortabele anti-slip voor iedere natte- en buitentoepassing is vervaardigd van kurk composiet. Dit product is het nieuwste resultaat van geavanceerd intern onderzoek en technologie om vloeren van kurk composiet bij elk klimaat in te zetten. Geselecteerd kurk, een bijzondere synthetische binder en geavanceerde productietechniek vormen de unieke kurk compositie. STAZO SecuTred heeft inmiddels de hoogste verwachtingen overtroffen met betrekking tot de blootstelling aan de natuurlijke elementen en de vele chemicaliën. Ook dit product is afkomstig uit duurzaam beheerde bossenen is FSC gecertificeerd.
STAZO®mechanische diefstalbeveiliging voor de watersport
Om waardevolle eigendommen aan boord van vaartuigen en ook vaartuigen tegen diefstal te beschermen werd een complete serie, in het oog springende specifieke sloten ontwikkeld, waaronder sloten passend op alle buitenboordmotoren. Alle STAZO diefstal beveiligingsproducten zijn of SCM, of ARD of VbV goedgekeurd en gecertificeerd en zijn derhalve op de lijsten van de Nederlandse en vele internationale verzekeringsmaatschappijen voorgeschreven om objecten te kunnen verzekeren. Een kroon op ons werk en uw vaartuig is dat 50% van onze sloten bekroond zijn met een industriële ontwerpprijs voor hun toepassing en ontwerp.
